Use of This Website
The content on this website is provided for general information about the estate and its facilities. Images are representative of the estate and its surroundings, and layouts, planting and facilities may change as development progresses.
Enquiries and Quotations
An enquiry submitted through this website does not create an agreement. Prices quoted verbally or on this site are indicative. A memorial space is only reserved once a written agreement has been signed and the required payment has been received.
Memorial Space Agreements
Each agreement records the position, the option selected, the amount payable and what is included. Positions are recorded on the estate register. Transfers between family members are permitted subject to written notice to the estate office.
Estate Maintenance
A portion of every sale funds ongoing maintenance of lawns, borders, pathways and public areas. Maintenance covers the grounds and shared infrastructure. Repair or replacement of privately installed memorial work remains the responsibility of the family.
Conduct on the Estate
Visitors are asked to respect other families using the grounds. Vehicles must remain on marked roads, and any gathering of more than twenty people should be arranged in advance through the estate office so that space can be allocated.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will first be addressed directly with the estate office before any further steps are taken.
